The forthcoming edition of the Yonex Bonn International is all set to take place at the end of May 2025. It will be the fifth edition of the Yonex Bonn International competition since its establishment in 2019. Because of the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 and 2021, the competition was not held.
This competition is part of the Badminton World Federation’s Future Series, and Badminton players from across the globe take part. Bonn, based in Germany, is set to host the entire event of the Badminton competition in 2025.
Indian Women’s Badminton player Tanvi Sharma managed to claim the title of the Yonex Bonn International women’s Singles. While Cheng Kai from Chinese Taipei is the current title holder in the Men’s Singles Event. The first round of the Season is scheduled to take place on 28th May 2025.
YONEX Bonn International 2025 Full Prize Money Breakdown
The latest season of the Yonex Bonn International will have a total prize pool of $5,000 approx. Official organisers have yet to reveal the exact figure, but the Badminton Federation’s Future Series has this prize money.
So the winner of the Singles Event in the Latest season is set to receive a $500 prize money. While the Champions of the Doubles Event in 2025 will receive $525. The figures might change when officially revealed; this is the estimated prize money.
