At least 2-3 matches will be played daily, and the final game will conclude on 13 July 2025. The United States will host the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 at 12 venues across 11 cities.
The FIFA Club World Cup has expanded the number of teams this season. Unlike the 2023 season, 32 teams from six confederations will participate in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. The tournament is divided into the group stage and the knockout stage. Thirty-two teams will be split into eight groups and compete in a round-robin format.
The top two teams at the end of the group stage games will advance to the knockout stage. Sixteen teams will compete in the first knockout stage, the Round of 16. The teams thin out exponentially from this stage, and unlike the group stage, each team has only one opportunity.
