The second season of Kerala Cricket League returns on 21 August 2025, and the entire fixture is now officially released. Kerala Cricket League 2025 Prize Money had the players more excited than they already were for the new season. It will include games played between the six teams from six cities in Kerala state. The league will run over 17 days of cricket and conclude on 9 September 2025.
The venues for this year will be the same as the last season, Thiruvananthapuram Greenfield International Stadium. With six teams playing for 17 days, that will result in a double round robin format and playoffs- a total of 33 matches. There are 30 matches before the playoffs, which act as qualifications for the teams. At the end of match 30, the top four teams will advance to the semi-finals, further leading to the final match.
Kerala Cricket League 2025: How Much Will Winners Earn?
The Kerala Cricket League 2025 auction took place on 5 July 2025. Four players were retained by each team from the previous season, and each team had a purse of ₹50 lakh. Sanju Samson is the most expensive player in the Kerala Cricket League, going for ₹26.8 Lakh, and it is more than half of the entire budget!
The top players of the league are Sanju Samson, Vishnu Vinod, and Jalaj Saxena, for the Kochi Blue Tigers, Aries Kollam Sailors, and Alleppey Ripples, respectively.
Kerala Cricket League 2025 Prize Money
The Kerala Cricket League 2025 prize money has not been revealed. Since there is no official information, everyone expects that the prize money will be similar to the previous season. If we follow this speculation, the prize pool would be ₹ three crore.
Based on that, the prize will be distributed among the winners, runner-ups, semi-finalists, and additional awards. The winner of the Kerala Cricket League 2025 will win the prize of ₹30 lakh, whereas the runner-up team will receive ₹20 lakh. ₹Five lakh will be awarded to the semi-finalist teams.

Apart from this, the Player of the tournament will also receive a large cash prize. The Highest run-scorer, Highest wicket-taker and a Fair Play award will be the individual awards. However, there is no information on these.
