India vs New Zealand ODI & T20 Schedule: Date, Time, Venues, and all you need to know

After India and South Africa’s five-match T20I series, we will see New Zealand travel to India for a three-match ODI series and five-match T20I series. India vs New Zealand ODI & T20 Schedule is out as the tour starts from the 11th of January 2026, which is a Sunday, on which we will see the first ODI. New Zealand’s tour will end with a five-match T20I series, as the last match will be on 31st January 2026.

India just recently won their ODI series against South Africa 2-1. Virat Kohli was the Player of the series as he scored two centuries and a half-century. The five-match T20I series starts on the 9th of December 2025 in Cuttack, whereas it will end on the 19th of December as the venue for the last T20I is Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

First, we will see a three-match ODI series where again it will be the return of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. The place of Ruturaj Gaiwak and Yashasvi Jaiswal can’t be guaranteed, as there are huge chances of Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer returning to the Indian team. BCA Stadium in Vadodara, Biranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot, and Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore will be the venues for the three ODIs.

After three days on 18th January 2026, we will see the T20I series starting as the date will be 21st January. Suryakumar Yadav will be back in the Indian team as he is the captain of the Indian team in the T20I format. India is the T20 champion and needs to play like one. The squad is not officially out yet, but it is full of youngersters. Vidarbha Cricket Stadium in Nagpur, Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur, Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati, Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam, and Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad are the five venues for the T20I series.
