The most exciting announcement for the Asian Cricket Fans is revealed, and the forthcoming edition of the Asia Cup 2025 will begin from 9th September 2025. It is the most prestigious international cricket competition in Asia, which will be overseen by the Asian Cricket Council Board.
The 17th edition of the Asia Cup will be more entertaining and full of action compared to the previous edition because of an increased number of Participants. Therefore, instead of one team, in this season, the top three teams from the 2024 ACC Men’s Premier Cup will get an opportunity to compete in the 2025 Asia Cup.
After the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 campaign, the Asian Cricket teams will shift their focus towards the Asia Cup 2025. The Indian team will have the upper hand as they recently won the ICC CT 2025 as well as the most prominent team of the Asia Cup with 8 titles.

The official administrators of the Asia Cup have increased the number of participating teams, so in the latest season, we will witness the competition between 8 teams. Out of which five teams are full ICC Members, while the other three teams will advance through the 2024 ACC Men’s Premier Cup top three ranks.
