Jasprit Bumrah, the world-class bowler of the current era, took his fourth wicket at the Lord’s in the 88th over. During the second ball of the 88th over, Bumrah appeals for the caught behind, and the captain straight away went for review. The review resulted in favour of India; there was a clear spike, Bumrah took his 4th wicket, and Chris Woakes went on a duck.
India’s biggest hurdle was Joe Root, who just completed his 37th Century and broke the record of Steve Smith & Rahul Dravid. On the first ball of the 88th over, Bumrah bowled out Joe Root at 104 runs, took the middle stump, and it was the 11th time Bumrah took Root’s wicket.

Jasprit Bumrah’s second wicket was none other than the Captain, Stokes, who got out at 44 runs. In the 86th over, Ben Stokes was facing Bumrah when he came from around the wickets for his second bowl, which hit the top of the stumps and left Stokes stunned.
